Regrading and Relaxing

A ranch style home on a good sized lot with a lawn, a poolhouse and an oversized 1940 swimming pool. It was very important for this young family to quickly revitalize their garden into an entertainment center for the kids and adults.

The old pool equipment basement was turned into a wine cellar, the poolhouse into a warm fun space, facing the new pool, spa, barbeque and fireplace, all surrounded with redwoods, birch trees, perennial plantings and a vegetable garden with fruit trees.
