Regrading and Relaxing

Barbara’s home is on a steep hill, but wanting to use all of their property starting with the county dog path climbing up the stairs to building an oversized spa for her husband and children at the side of the hill behind them, then walking east behind the house to a whole new world of slope planting with a switch back dog path with fruit trees, grasses and native planting. Some hydro-seeded, some planted by hand to the top, where table and chairs are where you can read or have lunch with a view. You could be anywhere.

Several months later, back from their trip to Italy, Barbara wanted to grow olive trees on the long piece of property with a 3 to 1 slope to the west, we switched back several hundred feet down planting 20 or more different varieties.
