Mediterranean Facelift

This home set in an older neighborhood had been the same for the last 70 years. When the young family moved in, changes began.

Keeping the mature oaks and the one palm at the entrance and reconfiguring the lawn area for soccer practice, everything else became fair game for change, using olive trees, 4 fruit trees mixed with roses below a flagstone terrace at the entrance and a small fountain and barbeque in the cozy backyard garden.
