Welcomed and New Changes

This home was a very average home built in the 60’s, the Setzlers wanted to change everything, inside and out. Set in a mountain community in a quiet neighborhood, and because water is an issue, they decided to use native and drought plantings except for some lawn for their two dogs to play in. It was a pleasure to work with the Setzlers as they were very receptive to change.
