Eclectic Ocean Views

The Timpes bought this home with a fabulous bay view in Corona Del Mar. The concept inside and out was sensitive to Polynesian, but basically eclectic.

There was a swimming pool, they wanted a courtyard. We removed the pool and everything else around the house, creating a very tropical court and then very curvy walls and stairs with a putting green at the lower terrace to play and entertain. A charming home for charming people. The front entry stone and striking gates painted the color of the roof tile is a continuous theme throughout.
